If you're enticed with the dress but not satisfied with the fit, you may take it to an alteration company we've partnered with, called Alteration Specialists. They have seven brick-and-mortar stores in NYC. Book directly through their website and make sure to mention Cécile de Fleur to receive 10% off.
Please be mindful and avoid these at all costs before trying on any Cécile de Fleur dresses:
- Avoid trying on the dress when you're freshly spray-tanned, have body makeup, a non-absorbent body oil with a color tint that can transfer to the dress and may cause permanent stains.
- Avoid trying on the dress with freshly painted nails.
- Avoid trying on the dress with a recent cellophane hair treatment, sometimes the color can transfer and potentially onto the fabric.
- Avoid trying on the dress after an intense & sweaty workout.
We accept all major credit cards for online purchases. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. In addition, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking order.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If damaged, we can offer alternatives such as repair.
Cécile de Fleur will accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged within 14 days of the item's ship date, provided that all original tags are attached. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
Non-refundable items: Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page are non-refundable. And will not be exchanged for another item.
Refunds: All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
