 If you're enticed with the dress but not satisfied with the fit, you may take it to an alteration company we've partnered with, called  Alteration SpecialistsThey have seven brick-and-mortar stores in NYC. Book directly through their website and make sure to mention Cécile de Fleur to receive 10% off. 

 Please be mindful and avoid these at all costs before trying on any Cécile de Fleur dresses:

  • Avoid trying on the dress when you're freshly spray-tanned, have body makeup, a non-absorbent body oil with a color tint that can transfer to the dress and may cause permanent stains. 
  • Avoid trying on the dress with freshly painted nails.
  • Avoid trying on the dress with a recent cellophane hair treatment, sometimes the color can transfer and potentially onto the fabric. 
  • Avoid trying on the dress after an intense & sweaty workout.

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS / SHIPPING

We accept all major credit cards for online purchases. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. In addition, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking order.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If damaged, we can offer alternatives such as repair.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES 

Due to the made-to-order nature of our dresses, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect. This policy allows us to uphold the integrity of the process, ensuring that each dress is of the highest quality when it arrives to you. To help you feel confident in your purchase, we offer consultation services to ensure the dress you choose is the right one for you.

 

OUR UPCOMING BORROW DRESS OPTION

We understand the importance of trying on a dress before making such an important decision. That’s why we’re working on a Borrow Dress Policy, allowing brides to try a sample dress before committing. While this option isn’t available just yet, here’s what you can expect once it’s live:

• Sample dresses will be available to borrow for a limited time to try on at home.

• A refundable deposit and shipping fees will apply. If the dress is returned in excellent condition and doesn’t require dry cleaning, the full deposit will be refunded.

• We will thoroughly inspect the dress upon return and only deduct a small portion of the deposit for dry cleaning if necessary, using eco-friendly methods.

The borrow option will be available directly on the product pages as soon as it’s launched.

 

SHIPPING AND PACKAGE SECURITY

We partner with UPS and FedEx to ensure your dress is delivered safely and securely to your doorstep. Both carriers offer tracking, allowing you to monitor your package throughout the shipping process. In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, UPS and FedEx have clear policies in place to help resolve such issues. Customers should file a claim with the respective carrier, and we will assist in ensuring your case is handled swiftly. We want your experience to be smooth and stress-free, and our partnerships with these trusted carriers help provide peace of mind.

 

FUTURE EXCITEMENT

As Cecile de Fleur continues to grow, we’re thrilled to share that we’ll be hosting pop-up shops in the Miami area, giving brides the chance to try on our dresses in person. In addition, we are working towards offering dresses without the presale wait time and expanding to retail stores, making it easier for you to receive your dress quicker.
